ASSISTANT TREASURE (CASH & TREASURY OPERATIONS
)


Required Qualification and experience :


• BS Degree in MIS / CIS or related disciplines required, MBA or CTP / ACT
qualification is preferred .
• Familiarity with Saudi! International financial environment and settlement
systems
• Strong knowledge of corporate treasury operations and banking relationships
• Solid understanding of cash management systems, and treasury technology

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a catalyst for change to create, refine, improve end streamline systems
end processes
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Manage financial risk as it relates to treasury operations
• Develop and Implement cash management operational strategies
• Coordinate electronic booking functional
• Execute funds movement transactions & cash waterfall scheme.
• Establish and manage bank relationship.
• Ensure adequate liquidity & anticipate short-term borrowing needs
• Manage short term credit need.
• Forecast, budget, strategically plan, and manage cash end investment balances
• implement cash management systems and train staff on those systems
• Recommend cash management policies
• Manage primary day to day contact for all treasury operations and banking ,
resolve
issue., negotiate fees, negotiate processes, and ensure best results
• Responsible for reporting the daily cash position and treasury dashboard to
Treasurer
• Coordinate all banking requirements for new entities (new bank accounts, cash
management systems, credit card processing set-up, check processing set-up,
letters of credit, lines of credit etc., as required)
• Manage the A/R and disbursement sections
• Perform credit analysis and reviews for customers
• Manage end negotiate brokerage relationships
• Support the year-end audit and other needs required for management snd BOO
meetings.



SECTION HEAD, A/R & CASH APPLICATIONS



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


• OS Degree in Accounting or related discipline Is required
- Knowledge of A/R processes I collection systems, SAP, and banking relations
• Knowledge of cash management products
• Processes of local & International financial Institutions
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• MS Office applications with advanced knowledge I skills in Excel
• The successful candidate would have strong people management skills with the
ability to make knowledgeable decisions In a fast paced environment and be able
to resolve issues in a timely and professional MANNER
• Must be willing to advance his own personal knowledge of finance



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Manage a teem of cash application assistants
• Collaborate with other departments/ affiliates to resolve problems and improve
processes including sales and marketing, accounts payable, credit, customer
service, supply chain, accounting, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance
• Perform monthly credit performance metrics for collection efficiency and 080
• Recommend & Implement system enhancements related to receivables and
collection
• Implement and follow corporate policies In handling all A/R transactions
• Oversee the resolution & follow-up of escalated customer issues

ANALYST, TREASURY



Required QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• BS degree with a Finance specialization / concentration with a from a top
school. Having MBA is a strong preference.

• Previous finance and Industry experience is valuable but not a must



Key Responsibilities :


As part of the program, the candidate first two years at B-Chem will be spent in
different rotational assignments, the timing win depend on the tasks assigned

Required QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


• Minimum of Associate Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline is required
• Good communication arid interpersonal skills/ good English command
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office products is required
• Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a Finance function
• Prior experience with SAP P1 module is highly desirable
• Prior experience with cash application and account reconciliation is desirable
• Ability to effectively Interact in a teem environment able to work
independently organize and prioritize work , results orientated, and has good

• Handle the review and maintenance of customers’ credit data/proposals
including recommendation and establishment of credit limits
• Monitor credit line utilization and violation including the collection of
overdue funds
